The FLEX™ is our only flatbed CMC with dual independent heads. This enables switching between 45º and 90º cutting instantly—with no cartridge changes required. Features include innovative Dynamic Depth Adjustment for enhanced precision, software-automated Digital Depth Control, Auto-Homing, SmartClamps™ board with Collision Detection system, LED Indicator Lights, and EasySwap™ ECU for simplified servicing and diagnostics.

Wizard’s SmartClamps™ board has been designed for edge-to-edge cutting using our industry-leading FrameShop™ design software for nesting, tiling, and optimized outside cuts. This enables maximum material yield with zero waste. Example: produce four 16” x 20” mats from a single sheet of 32” x 40” matboard, with minimal edge waste compared to traditional style bar clamping systems.

FLEX is the first flatbed computerized mat cutter to incorporate our patent-pending Collision Detection & Avoidance System, which utilizes intelligent sensors combined with improved LED indicators to prevent the cutting head from colliding with interfering clamps when cutting edge-to-edge. This feature helps protect your investment, especially in production environments with multiple machine operators.
